Media reaction to the arrival of aid to Kosovo

BELGRADE -- The Serbian diaspora organization 28. Jun (June 28) announced the arrival of USD 1.5 million-worth of aid to the Serb enclave of Gračanica in Kosovo.

The delivery of the aid was the successful conclusion of the organization's 9-month long initiative that engaged Serb communities in 80 cities in 30 different countries, a statement said.

Gračanica's Health Center voiced their appreciation in a statement issued on their website: "The Medical Center Gračanica would like to express their gratitude to 28. Jun for their donation of medicine, medical equipment, surgical materials, and clothing in the value of USD 1.5 million intended for our health facilities... We are also thankful to all people of goodwill who participated in this 28. Jun-organized humanitarian action." FULL STORY

The Serbian and international media were again supportive in their coverage of the final leg of the 'Boj za Kosovo' project. The story run by the local Gracanica media can be seen here and more pictures of the container's arrival can be seen here.
